There is a sort of rebate. It looks like this:

> This is NOT a spending rebate. Examples of spending rebates include refining rebate, charm rebate, cave key rebate. Spending scrolls that you have saved up for this rebate will get you nothing.

> You have to PURCHASE chakra training scrolls with coupons or ingots during this event. The more you buy, the more rebate tiers you can claim. ONLY purchases with ingots/coupons during this time period count towards the rebate (as opposed to scrolls bought from the sun/moon shop)

> Obviously this is NOT CONFIRMED in our version and subject to change at Oasis' descretion. Don't throw a hissy fit if we dont get the same thing.
