Despite it saying "changes by the player", it's most likely due to the fact that it's monday and your sun/moon coins reset. Both provide a small bp boost once maxed for the week, and thus it's common to see a bp drop when first signing on on monday and the game registers the cap reset.
If your other two random bp drops did not happen on a monday, then I'm not sure, since a group summons feeding issue says so and doesn't say changes by the player.

That is correct.
There's no bug.
It's due to (Mainly) the Sun bonus rewards not being active for the week as you didn't achieve the required amount the previous week.
