I guess it's just because I'm not 70+ yet, but Kisame's Shark Bomb is murder.

But I get what you're saying. I think in some cases they made characters OP compared to canon, others underpowered or just not right.

Nope, this is crazy idea. Giving him Tendo's passive ? You are literally trying to make his second Tendo but with sword.

Besides it makes a decent amount of sense. Samehada is used to stop ninjutsu. Its weird that Kisame's res is so low.
Edit: Now that I think about it, Tendo's passive makes no sense. What happened to his cds?
Another Edit: Maybe change Tendo's passive to be immune to every other attack?

I have a 4* kisame and I want to use him soooooo bad but I cant justify putting him in any of my teams (except a chiyo 10 puppets team). The issue I'm coming across with him even in my chiyo team is his heal ability is NULL every fight, all fight (cant heal at all due to ignition/poison). If you made his heal unconditional and lowered to 8% I think MANY more people would like to make a team with him.

I find him easy to add on a fire main team that uses death mirage its a decent sustain for a kisame.Regarding the suggestion plot wise kisame should have a passive that's like tendo since samehada should absorb any chakra based attacks and convert it to his own.
