I don't think so. I know the "Breakthrough" section is an older feature that was removed either 3.0 or 4.0. If anything, its kinda cool to see the old names of people who still play.

was removed when the new survival trial was added, with 3.0 if i don't mistake.

in the past survival trial used to be completely different (worse rewards but once in a while 80 frags in a row of some useless ninja, and longer times to be completed).
