In the past the SA had these items and it was easier to get your armor up-grades... now it's to hard to keep up with all the power systems that the game has... It can be changed back to how it was? u can buy it in moon shop,its more easy to upgrades u'r battle armor.

but you still have to upgrade your runes and do your refines. you don't have enough moon coins for all

And before 5.0 you didn't have moon scrolls at all, just a few adv. threads from SA. It's better the way it is currently. If you want to upgrade BA (which I don't recommend spending resources for), you can do it a lot easier than before.

BTW I dont recommend getting refines (edit: basic and medium refines) from Grocery Store either. You can do that with monthly event, space time shop and group shop slowly.
