Tried looking for a OASGames forum to direct me to a hopefully already answered question; But under my OASgames account it shows around 7000 frozen points, Is there a reason it is frozen?

If it has to do with acct security? Everytime I try to make set up security questions it gives me a "fail" Dialgue box.

And everytime I try to set up a number a verification code is never sent.

I'm not sure about the frozen points either but I have tried the verification code thing with my phone and I've never gotten one.
