they can be obtained threw shop or treasure of sage which is cheaper and rarley show in other events etc.

Not sure about wild west but both the kimono and summer youth sai are in the clothing optional pack in treasure of the sage, with at most 30% discount, finally finished summer youth sai myself with that recently
