For assist links should I pick all four wind characters to build resistance or is it best to pick the 4 characters that give me the best percentage shown despite their chakra nature? I'm asking because naruto gives me 120%, but he is not in my lineup. If I select him and he not in my lineup am I still getting those assist? Reply

For your move 1, if you plan for it to be lightning for a long time, you should use 4 wind ninjas that grant you at least 360% degree (you don't need 480% to get the full advantage, for example 1 3 100% and 1 80% is fine). Doesn't matter if they are in your lineup or not.
