Again, for the second time in a week, I didn't get my ingots after I recharged. I already post report along with payment tickets in the customer services (?) and did not get any replies there. I am totally frustrated with oasis's services right now cause it has been 2 days now! What is actually the problem here oasis? I supposed to get the ingots instantly after i recharge right?
