Look at the stats of the character, you will notice inmediatly if it has more Attack, Life, Defense or Ninjutsu, also look at the skills :)

But there isn't a list with all the characters specifying if he is a tanker, healer or DPS?

No. But reading Mystery attack,standard attack and passives you should be able to see witch characters are tank,dps and supports
