hello, someone told me that you dont really need to do a Ten DRAWS to get a 3 Stars , wich mean Every 10 Seals You open you get a 3 stars , can someone confirm This ? :loveliness:

You don't have to, but if you do 10 at once you are guaranteed to get a 3 stars.

I'd say do ten, not only will you get a difinite 3 star but you'll most likely get other ninjas too. Last time I did 10, I got a pain and 2 star gaara. I got some fragments for other ninjas I already had as well.

From what I have seen every 10x even if you use them one at a time will give a 3*. I would still wait for a mod to confirm this but it seems to work that way.
