So I have already recharge for 500 ingots valued 10$ and I have received notifications in my email that said that i have successfully bought the 10$ recharge and my money in my bank account have been deducted. However, I still haven't receive any ingots until now. It has been 1 days and I have lodge report on support page but still have not receive any replies in there. Can anyone tell my whats wrong??

If you haven’t received ingots and payment has been deducted, send in a ticket through the client or browser “?” *on on the top right or http://support-center.oasgames.com/question/ask?game_code=narutoen&game_language=en provide screenshots of the payment.
We’ll confirm and if found that payment was received, and we’ll send you the ingots
