Kage TI normal and hard mode MIA

It's almost 4 months that we got the upgrade to 5.0 and now we have also the nature chakra feature implemented, so the question is: how long do you think we have to wait to get normal and hard mode of kage TI and so to finally be able to get back in game the +4 elemental resistances and +100 or higher damage reduction substats?

There are players (I'm one of them) that would not dislike to go for heavy defensive setups if only oasis was so kind to let us actually think to choose that option.
