Obito [Shone] is not nerfed from the Black Market .. He only comes once in a while in that Market like Gaara Frags .. People 3* him cuz most of us gets Obito [Shonen] frags from Treasures .. You can get frags of him from Seal Treasure and some other treasure if i remembering it correctly ..
