So... i bought minato jonin about 6 weeks ago and as you may suspect i did it to unlock his bond mistery. At that time i had 18 obito shonen frags .

Now my problem is ,in the last 6 weeks i only managed to get 5 more frags on him from black market , even tough i use extra 40 coupons daily to refresh the market ( im almost always online , so i only miss market refresh when i sleep )

Could anyone give me an explanation for this ( And yes Moderator / Oasis i mean you ) , since all the people already 3 * him .

I belive you guys nerff the possibility to get the shonen frags once someone bought jonin minato ( thank god our server merged and we got kakashi for free , i dont even wanna start with that story )

... So yea , decent player here , supporting the game with money , so id only like that you guys answer my question fairly , and not treat me like i just camed in with the last banana boat in town .
