1) Don't get anymore exp

2) Repeat step 1)

do not sweep ninja exams
do not fight wanted ninja

do not do team instance

do not sweep Elite/plot

do not attend 9tails

can participate in jinchuriki rescue but do not claim the experience prize

do not claim space time reward if you make it into top 16 or something like that

do not do test/exam (the 10 question multiple choice thing)

Level freeze is only useful if your power is very high (sage), this means you need to spend on everything because you do not have free resources.

As above just skip anything that gives you exp.

Level freezing is only good for sage. If you get top three in sage week in week out, you can max out your refines and 3 extra seals are a nice bonus. So say your dominating level 80 sage bracket, you might want to freeze so you don't move up to the 90 bracket and hit higher powers, that way you can keep getting 10-20 max refines every sage. If this isn't happening, you need to think about why you are freezing? Are you planning to spend so you can do better in sage, or if not, what do you plan to do to power up? You've gotta ask yourself, what rewards am you getting for missing out on daily magatama, moon scrolls from TI, coins from nine tails etc?

Maybe it's worth getting the moon coins, but your 8gates is at a good level so you will skip nine tails. Compare your stats to people your level and see what you are lacking and just work on that, skip everything else.

Complete freezing is not so good imo. Slow leveling is what you should do. Just avoid the things that give too much exp like wanted missions, 9tails, claiming frogs and ninja test. You should do your ti and sweep for events (only for good events like time limited ninja recruitment and fishing mania, monthly events are not worth it). You can hit 9 tails once and leave for some sun scrolls and level 2 magatma. You can skip or do ninja exam it is up to you, but if you don't freeze at too low levels you could sweep ninja exam every day and still only level once a month or so because of the high exp cap for leveling.

You simply need to watch what you are doing and where you get exp and stop the activities that give you the most exp when you are close to level up.

Only xp gain you should ignore tho is 9 tails Wanted missions Ninja exam 40, 80 activity points (dont claim those), RTJ and if you make it to space time brackets dont open the bags just stack them untill you stop freezing.
