It's not you. In the event thread, in which it was originally announced they said it would run until 21st November.

In Germany it came back the next month (1st of the Month) again.

I suppose is like space time, 3 weeks of matches, 1 week of stop. Or mayhe they just don't want it overlaps with arena zenith.

Well in the original post it says Event Time: Opens for 4 hours each time at 10:00-14:00 and 18:00-22:00, From 01.11 to 21.11.2018 23:59:59 that means today is 21 and it should've been up until midnight.
