As the moderation keeps deleting 2x, closing 1x and editing my posts I'm wondering anyone else here knows if the TI win rewards are the only rigged system here. Also, have not heard yet if the Dev Team gave my group mates in my old server my gnw server packs and gnw finals participation rewards from server gnw weeks ago that they scammed from our group. I'm not going to asked for the 80 Sakura Cloak Fragments from 1 of my 3 characters there but is hoping they at least right the scam they did to my old group.

What do you mean by rigged, specifically?

I can say for certain that every gambling event in the game (without exception) is "rigged" in the sense that they hide the odds from you while making it look like everything has the same chances of occurring. For example, those "spin the wheel" games show a bunch of possible outcomes all equally distributed around in order to deceive the player into thinking the chances are equal, when they actually aren't, getting players to invest more than if they were honest.

Your question was already answered in PM's.

Continuing to make threads simply to address repeated issues to incite drama, will get you punished on the forums.

Now, I've already answered this TI question before. However, I'll do so again.

TI has a fixture reward upon completion of the TI instance. Meaning yes, the card flip itself is meaningless.
However, this doesn't apply to a majority of "wheel" events. Some wheels require entire animation to complete before obtaining a reward, while others (Lucky Wheel) for example, the moment you click "Do 1" you'll obtain the reward regardless of the wheel animation. (Hence why a lot of players simply exit the animation to save time)

Anyway, hope that answers your question.
And yes, the thread will be closed. If you wish to ask additional, you know where to reach me.
