If you are f2p you should never spend 2k in a row because is way better to do 1050 twice in two consecutive months (as f2p you will be never able to hit 2100 every month, will be almost impossible even to hit 1050). What you gained by doing it is a net loss of 85 7days keys.

Weekly cap is 66k moon scrolls (at least at lvl 99 where I'm at). That's 330 keys per week = at least 1320 keys per month. F2P should be able to do 2.1k cave key rebate every 3 months, if you count free cave keys from tree and events. Of course that means neglecting other redeemables, but cave keys are by far the best choice there, especially with runestones not maxed. Bells are also a good choice, but you also need to invest sun scrolls in elemental bond scrolls, which will mean neglecting adv. refines...

After all your runes reach level 9 you get a so high diminishing return by getting those 300 extra keys per month that every other decent option in that shop becomes better.

After level 9 runes in move 1 bells up to level 9 assist links, myoboku gifts up to page 13/14 and even advanced threads up to rank 7 BA are way way better investments goodpower-wise and initiative-wise.

After you reach level 10 you should actually stop altogether in doing that rebate but once every two months (if you are f2p of course) unless your main ninja tool is not yet with 3 level 11/12 slots. If is not you may go on just for the gold orbs, but only in that case.

Be aware of the fact that 1050 keys do bring 1 single level 10 rune not even close to level 11 and barely make 1 level 9 a 10.

Power wise - sure, initiative/p1 strenght wise - I have doubts, maybe if your p1 charm has very low lvl. And BA is just IMO not worth it. Lvl 6->7 BA would take about 240000-320000 moon scrolls if i were to redeem it from shop (57/100 currently, I'm not expecting level up before 90/100). With that I could redeem 1200-1600 cave keys which seems way better even if you have high level runestones. With level 7 charm upgrading your single runestone from 10 to 11 will give you 276 of secondary stat (BA 6->7 gives 200, although for every position), and that's not counting Treasure Tool.

I agree with leveling assist links, not sure if you should do it at level 9 runestones or later, but they give a nice boost. Not sure about myobokus, will need to take closer look at it, but non freezers can get at least 3 myobokus per day for free.

F2P getting 2100 keys every month? Fake f2p maybe? (sorry no offense, but not very feasible). These kind of threads is why events get nerfed. Cave key rebate event optimization clock activated.

I was talking about the 300 extra keys you were suggesting to get over the first 1050 per month to hit 2100 once every 4 months when you have all the main runes at level 9.

In that case those 60k moon scrolls are better invested where i said than in the 1051-2100th part of the rebate.

Until you hit level 10 you should continue to do the 1050 rebate, but not the 2100 once every 4 months and when you hit 10 you should begin to skip one 1050 rebate every two months.

P. S. BA rank 7 gives both the primary stats and secondary stats boost to all your ninjas not only to move 1 and you guys really undervalue the effect of primary stats and the importance of not having move 3/4 ninjas that are there just as cute round1 supports.
