I have this team for arena right... but its missing something idk what can u lot help me out

Lightening main//Sasuke (full breakthrough)//fuguki suikazan//ameyuri ringo

makes quite a *y combo but is lacking defence

Sasuke and Ameyuri have low hp so you need shield or a healer. You c*e the leech passive, but since both their mystery is nin only they won't leech that much. You can try replacing Fuguki with Toroi or Mabui for heal and/or shield. Or you can try using GNW Hinata and put her so that she will face 2 rows if your ninja lose much hp to standard attacks.

UPGrade your "stuff" for defense like focus your stuff for defenseonly. That might help!!!
