Im in the new server almost lvl im lvl 35 but the opponents are lvl 45-47 how could this be for a new server ? and how does lvl freezing work in swb?

So we never gonna rig off these kind of questions right? First of all at least use the search function there are countless threads about this but if you want an answer dont freez" your level dot If you really want to do , do at lv70+ or 80+ .
