hi guys i have a question about the ranking of space time and cross server great ninja wars ...

are every 1000 server? is 1-1000 / 1001-2000? because the cross great ninja war of my server 909 is up to 980 so and the one of my server new 1131 are other people from 1005 and all above the server 1001 onwards ... I would like to know that since I am interested because I am lvl 61 and 96 in the previous server. thanks for those who know...

Servers are devised to many groups

For example: I'm in s9 which is linked with s1+s3+s5+s7+s11 in space time and GNW

Space time isn't global. It's only between the servers inside a specific cluster (your space time cluster). Merges only happens between servers of the same cluster, if i remember correctly.
