Scarlet blaze ignores chase debuffs?

Getting a bug in arena with fire mains reflect.

Currently playing as earth main, when I face fire in arena with reflect passive it doesn't reflect chase induced debuffs like earths ignite for example.

Tried a few different teams/characters who cause debuffs with chase, but everytime i've tried to use the chase to get the reflect out of the way leaving me free to acu/sleep/chaos etc the chase one(s) are glossed over and any subsequent debuffs are then reflected... surely this hasnt always been the case? if so, im dumber than I thought
