Masked Man is a support. He fits pretty much with every main (worst with Earth Main)

Following conditions you might wanna fullfil:

1) Make sure that you can utilize the interrupt from his chase

2) Make sure to know on who you use the mystery. In most cases you might wanna take out his position 1 for round 2. Then interrupt whatever he will use with his dogs....for example rather cheap example is LM with Chidori Blade, Pakun mystery summon, and Masked man on chase.
