Whenever you draw from Ability Treasure you get ability point. There's a free draw every 23h. It's the treasure where you get essences, scrolls and upgrading materials for your treasured tools. When you enter that treasure interface theres a counter with your points, you can trade them for essences, yellow and red ability scrolls.

Oh yeah, I know about Ability Treasure. I just didn't connect ability points to that. Thanks for explaining,
