No, the clock was sent back one hour in europe. The game is showing the real UK time, bus is still operating on the old pattern.

oh idk what that means but it should start at 7:30 not 6:30 O.o

edit: just realised apparently round 1 of gnw now starts at 6:30 O.o so round 2 iz now at 7:15 maybe this is an intended change :/

It is intended. DST went into effect for UK so all servers went back an hour. It still occurs at the "same time" 7:30, but relative to the week before it's an hour earlier. The US servers have DST going into effect this Sunday. So next week for LA and NY will be "an hour earlier", even though technically the clocks changed as well so its the "same time". This happens to pretty much any server or any game that follows DST.
