Exactly the same 6-7 x10 draw and you get rare.
Except there is al or rare, who you can get from shop or elite too, like Jiraya, Kisame, Hidan, Tobi etc etc
So is better to save 100 or 80 seals scrolls to get for sure 1 rare ninja through tendo treasure?..
What if I already used 50 seal scrolls. Ex: yesterday.. and after 2 weeks I used 50 more seals scrolls... this will still count as a 100x "seals used in tendo treasure"?. Or I just need to used the whole set in the same day to make sure it works to get the rare ninja?.
Because I hate gambling soo much.. and this seems like the game is programmed to make sure you loss a lot of seals trying to get what you want. -

i dont think it a good idea, 1 pain alone is not working well and maybe it not the pain you want and cant accompany with your line up, should save for sage treasure (easy get sage naruto)
then you should farm another 60 / 70 seals to get other pain. that's all, they are really usefull in things like strong approach.
EDIT: That's why I want to farm pains.. also I just want to get animal path for my wind. -

Yea its going to count.
You do 50 draw and after 2 months you do 20 more, you will get a rare regardless.
But in some yotube videos when the people spammed 400 or more scrolls, sometimes they got rare after 50 or so tries. So maybe its better to do it in the same time.
But if you want to make your Kakashi or Zabuza 4 star very fast, you c*e the scrolls right away after you got 10.
But as long you are not addicted to pains, i would recommend saving the scrolls for sage. Those ninjas are just more helpfull than a random pain and random rare would be from the other treasures.

What I can get through Sage treasure?... since i was really looking for animal path.. but you're right, maybe getting a random pain is not good. -
