This is my team to solo Strong approach. A friend of mine showed me this lineup that works great here--

Ninja: Kakashi, Sai, Sakura
Skills: 3-3-3-2-1
Kamatari summon (Repulse->LF)

Steps:

Wave 1: 3 poisonous brutes
Round 1: seal the top one, your main will put the middle guy to sleep. Take the bottom ones poison and immediately Use Sai's mystry afte/during it(so that summons can avoid first poison attack).
Round 2: Watch How much health middle guy has. If you think he will do down withing the round, use kakashi mystry on top guy, otherwise take middle guy out first. Let them use poison and use Sakurs's heal after that.
Round 3: Pretty much watch and use sai's mystry. Use kakashi's mystry to take them out. Don't use main's mystery here anymore. Try to keep as many summon beasts alive as possible.


Wave 2: Shizune
Round 1: Immediately seal Shizune. Let sai start his combo here. Don't use kakashi mystry on this round.
Round 2: Start off with Kakashi's Mystery. You should be able to pull it off before she heals. If not, reset and try again. Shizune should be dead by this round.


Wave 3: Karin
Round 1: Let her use her poison first and then immediately use Sai and sakurs's mystery. Again, save kakshi's mystery here.
Round 2: *Important* Immediately seal Karin with your main's mystery before she uses poison and heal herself. It should be easy, but if you can't for some reason, restart again. Karin should be dead by this round.


Wave 4: Jiraya
Round 1: Jiraya is immune to all combo attacks. Use kakashi's mystery and just watch it.
Round 2: Jiraiya will use his mystery here. You can't use your main's skill here since it's on cd, so just bear it. Immediately use sai and sakura's mystry after jiraya. If Sai's summons can survive Jiraya's mystery, you can summon them in previous round too.
Round 3: Save your Main's mystry even if its ready. Use kakashi's mystery here and see if you can kill Jiraya by this round, but don't worry even if you can't.
Round 4: Jiraya will try to use his mystry again, so immediately seal him off. He should be dead by this round. Make sure to have atleast one of sai's beast in middle lane.


Wave 5: Hanzo
Round 1: Just use Sai's mystry and try to keep as many beasts as you can. Save your main's seal here till round 3, this is important. use kakashi's mystery whenever its ready.
Round 2: Same. Use sakura to heal your party.
Round 3: Immediately seal hanzo here. Then put it in auto and let it finish.

This is how I solo it in hard mode. But if you are still having trouble , try to do it with another fire main with this same setup, this whole thing will become easier then. Let me explain how:
With 2 player party, you will be in middle and bottom row.

Wave 1:
Round 1: Either one of you seal the top guy, your main will put the other two to sleep, so no poison attack on this round.
Round 2: Again, seal the top player. main will put other two to sleep. Use kakashi to kill them off
Round 3: Just fini*.

Wave 2:
Round 1: No need to seal shizune here. Let sai start combo and save kakashi's mystery for next round.
Round 2: Use kakashi's mystery. This should end by this round.

Wave 3:
Round 1: Immediately seal Karin here with who have seal ready. save kakshi for next round. So, no poison attack here.
Round 2: Agin, seal karin immediately. Use kakashi, this should end here.

Wave 4:
Round 1: No need to seal jiraya on this round. Just keep popping Sai's mystry to fill the whole field with beast. Use kakashi here.
Round 2: Immediately seal Jiraya here. rest is auto. Use sakura to heal before the end of this round.
Round 3: Use kakashi. Jiraya should die either here or in the previous round.

Wave 5:
Let it auto. Save your main's seal mystry skill till round 3. if your team is strong, hanzo would probabaly die by round 2. if not, he will definitely go down by round 3.
