So I saw Kawa's old video and I decided to give the team a try, but i dunno if it's really for me, and I don't really know what tactic to use. My init and crit are above 8k below 9k, and my life is decentTeam

Your initiative is I would say average or below average for your power. Water shark teams needs to have higher than average players you are facing.
