  • The best way to get all your keys is to sweep until you get 1 key, then do wanted and you will always get 2 per mission. For a total of 11 Treasure Keys per day

As long as you have an odd number of keys it'll work.

But yeah OP, you're doing the event wrong, get an odd amount, then go do Wanted Missions to get 11 keys.
