Even when I finished the 60 Plot/Elite Instances for that day, the Treasure Keys I get never reach 10 (only got to get 10 keys after 60 tries once though) whereas other events with the same objectives rarely reach 60 tries and you already have the max rewards for that event for that day. The best way to get all your keys is to sweep until you get 1 key, then do wanted and you will always get 2 per mission. For a total of 11 Treasure Keys per day

As long as you have an odd number of keys it'll work.

But yeah OP, you're doing the event wrong, get an odd amount, then go do Wanted Missions to get 11 keys.

get 1, 3 or 5 keys by sweeping and then get the remaning by doing 3-4-5 wanteds.
