Growth points, add to your VIP level on the main site, and when you level up in VIP you get special packages.. I geuss. So they're frozen.
And my forum posts, rank, and threads. Gone. Because i binded an email to my facebook account. GG :(

Yea I have the frozen thing as well. Does anybody knows why its frozen?

VIP system by Oasis games and VIP/Jonin system in the game are 2 different system.

However you can get 3 free growth points by checking every single day. All you have to do is go to your User center.

Yes quite confused on this as well; Shows mine frozen with several thousand points. But cant change anything in account security. When I try to do questions just gives me a dialog box with "fail" When I try to add a number it doesnt go any further after asking to send a verification code.

Hello,

we have checked this. All you have to do is logout from all of your accounts - Faceebok, forum, OAS games etc. Clear your cache and login back to your accounts. It will fix it.
