I got both my kage super and my gnw super a few 10 pulls after my 17th rare, so you're fine, don't worry.

On average, I see about 1130 - 1150 on pulls

I pulled my GNW SR on 1070.

is not linked to how many normal rares you got but on the total draws you did.

If you got all of them early, lets say at 40-50 rolls, then you just did 700-800 rolls in it.

anyways i got mine at 1050.

You dont really have a right to complain. Im lucky to get even a rare and when i do get a rare about 90% of the time its a rare i have haha

People tend to think they did 70, but most of the times is not so. The largest part of the rares get pulled earlier, way before you actually hit the counter. Most of your rares very likely were at 60/65 (that still is in the 7th draw by 10 you do) and sometimes you got some at the 6th draw by 10, but you miscalculated it for the n-esim 7th.

I expect you to be, almost for sure, around 960/1000 real rolls in it.

Expect to get your sr within next 100 real rolls.

P.S. All the people I'm sure they kept perfect track of their rolls got them at 1050 or 1120.

In addition to this, Great Ninja War Treasure was added in the game last December 14, 2017 .. By counting of it, as of October 2, 2018, you already have 147 Free Draws if you didn't skipped a day ..

No. If we're trying to average out draws based on total number of rares then the free draws are already included in our final number.
