there have been a bug on our server (834) where wind mains ability flower guard doesnt work anymore and she isnt immune

Are you 100% sure it was not removed by certain ninjas? Ninjas like 5-Kage Madara, Han, Masked Man and Shisui all remove Timed Buffs, which Flower Guard is one of them.
