Imho it is not worth it. Ay 3rd lineup with Samui and Omoi is only good in early game when other players don't have better teams. Better invest in GNW or Jinchuriki treasures for ninja that will be useful for longer time.

Only go for LoL for Samui, that is if you're planning on running 4th Raikage Blitz.

But there is 3 treasures I'd invest in, 1 Kage, this is a great treasure that can give you barriers as a passive, works really well with Ninja Exam, TI, Jinchuriki, 9tails, etc.

Jinchuriki 1, Roshi is overall a really solid ninja.

GNW, this treasure is probably the most competitive currently. but the main ninjas you're going for are Edo Sasori and Jinpachi, of course this is dependant on what Edo Team you want to run (Such as Edo Deidara, Edo Hokage (pick your poison). Of course you can run Kushimaru too which can be really good if you have a lot of initiative.

The 4th Treasure I'd recommend is Jinchuriki 2 for Han if you plan on going P1 Shark Bomb Spam, and only using it until you get Madara 5 Kage.

So its not good idea.I only ask because this treasure go as complete team,and cheap.I think i go Kage,then GNW,leaving Roshi and Han for later game
