There are definitely quite a few great ninjas available. In my opinion, if you are looking to piece together a ninja, both Edo Tensei Hiruzen and Kakashi [Susano'o] are great options. Sarutobi Hiruzen [Edo Tensei] can be used as the Pos 1 damager or support. While Kakashi [Susano'o] is mainly used as support and excels well with ninjas that are from Konoha.

Those "Explosive Heart Gift Packs" and "Hot Blooded Sports Games" costume is also very good.

Earth Grudge Kakuzu and Edo Tensei Deidara are ninjas that definitely hold their own in battle.

Please note that the builds above are just as reference. There are definitely many more builds out there and maybe even better ones =p You have the power to make and choose the lineup you want and works for you.

Costumes are always a good choice to get as it gives you stats and Power. Just depends on if the price is right for you =]

It depends on what other ninja you have to work with.

If you have akatsuki ninja, don't go for Kakashi because he is only a good support for Konoha ninja.

I don't really like edo Hiruzen and don't recommend him because I feel he is limited. For gnw and bonds, or as support he is great. But for pos 1 pvp he needs to be heavily stacked. Even then

Edo Kakuzu is not very good now, but he will be powerful when his skill breaks come. If you are a f2p getting him only for his breakthrough would be a risk, because we don't know if he needs 4 stars for breakthrough or not.

Edo deidara would be my personal pick, because he is all round good and is more versatile than the above mentioned three. Also his supporting ninja are f2p friendly as you can run him with cheap ninja like Jinpachi, edo Sasori, Gakido, Jigokudo or Sakura cloak.

Dont even look at those Kakuzu lineups, mostly of them requires 20k cup ninjas and only 1 of em is moreless usefull.
