i'm guessing not, "shilian lands" is translated into "training grounds"..

so does not seem how those two could connect to the words "rogue ninja outburst"

the description for those researches also don't fits the description rules for training grounds that daiske posted.

No.

Training ground is the shilian tower event from CN, which is set on friday.

Rogue ninjas are a wanted-like pve event, which is set saturday.
