I was messing around in Ti being dumb using random ninja and figured hey what if I made a light blitz similar to the 2.0 versions when its was a ragequit inducing meta and I did. so enjoy the "Too Slow"

The version with madara, danzo and iruka, with the passive that boost atk and crit with chakra is still pretty viable
