Passives only affect the original skill not bond skill. One of the mods explain this when someone else brought it up. I can't find the exact post of it so if you want an message from the mods, just wait I guess.

Hey

That's correct

Bond Skills are not altered by passive effects.

If LM or Fire Main reset abilities apply, it'll only reset the original mystery.
