There is no difference between Yamato's Mystery without any skillbreaks and Yamato's Mystery +1.

Even the description doesn't have a difference except a slightly different sentence structure:

Yamato Bug

In china Yamato's Mystery +1 is prompt which is suppose to be the actual upgrade but that doesn't seem to be the case, even when testing in battle.

In China, he doesn't receive prompt.
