Lower the chakra cost of his water prison jutsu to (0-20) chakra instead of 40. Comparable skills that interrupt/immobilize do damage and are much cheaper. Zabuza's water prison jutsu only immobilizes for one round, takes up way too much chakra, and does no damage. Water teams would be better able to deal with OP Lightning mains if they had a way to disable that crazy constant attack. If you do not add any damage to the skill I would maybe even suggest giving the skill a 0 chakra cost, but at least lower it to 20. This post was last edited by crdpol07 at 2016-9-6 23:41
