He's probably having the bug many had. When purification runes from the Naruto's birthday party event got replaced by the Sakura/Sasuke packs, the redeem count stayed the same. So, people who redeemed at least 5 purification runes from there are denied the naughty packs everyone wants, since 5 is their maximum redeemable amount.

this is funny cuz, no one would cry and no one would be mad, and everyone would be happy if just they reseted reedem acc for people who bought purification runes or for everyone, imagine. even if they get this 5 more pouches this wont change anything, those ninjas are strong but ffs, its not *ing madara uchiha[founder] or itachi[susanoo] .. seems oasis games dont really want to give anything free lol or maybe they dont have enough brain cells to even think about that

Daiske announced that they would be bringing the pack back in another event but hasn't told us when or what event

Hi! This is correct. It seems the specific event is coded in a way where if you bought purification runes before packs appeared again, the system will think that you already bought 5 packs.

We deeply apologize for this situation and we have already brought this up to the team. Due to this reason, we will be bringing back the pack again in the future with similar price, which will give a chance to players that were not able to claim packs this time to obtain them in the future.
