1＃ Go ToGood morning, now that the special ninja pouch has returned, it is appearing that I have already rescued him 10 times, but I still have not caught him once, and not even able to catch, because it appears that I have already rescinded the limit, because it is so? being that I do not have any of the 2 ninjas, and I did not get even 1 package from that. The problem is either you lie and you want more bag. Or oasis *ed up again so you redeemed those rewards what was changed from the original bag, 10 times and when they changed it back to ninjapacks the redeem count was not reseted. I think they wanted this to make sure who redeemed bags cant redeem more but its backfired.

Hes not lying he must have claimed the purification runes in place of ninja pouch which was still counting the redeem count for the ninja pouch

This pack was not supposed to be available for this week but due to the bug, it was made available in place of the "5 Purification Runes" slot. Even though it was removed within the day, a lot of players were still able to purchase the pack at a very low price.
We understand that this is unfair for others who were simply not able to get the Pack during the time it was up hence after discussing with the developers, it was decided that it will be returned on the last day of the event cycle, which is today -- and as mentioned both in Discord and Forum post, the packs will be returned but at a lower redeem count.
Furthermore, if you were able to purchase some Packs last week, then you are not able to purchase them again this day because of the limit.
On the other hand, if you have redeemed either the Special Ninja Pouch or the 5*Purification Runes within the event cycle, the system will interpret this action as if you have already purchased the re-added "Special Ninja Pouch". In other words, purchasing any of those 2 mentioned items before will forfeit your chance in redeeming the Pouch.
However, due to this reason, we will bring this pack again in the future with similar price.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
Rest assured that we will do our best to bring back the item in question in an event cycle as soon as possible.
