Yes, you will get him later from Instances, Chapter 5 story and lvl 60 Elite.

There are free kimimaro fragments after finishing plot 50 as i can remember. he will also be available on elite instances.

You can get kimimaro from Chase missions(only in weekend),Black Market,Elite instances,Plot 5(30 frags),survival trial,treasure
