I was wandering where can i get fragments for kimimaro. Should I just hope he will appear in black market or other shops or is he obtainable later in the game in story mode or elite instances? All help will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, you will get him later from Instances, Chapter 5 story and lvl 60 Elite.

There are free kimimaro fragments after finishing plot 50 as i can remember. he will also be available on elite instances.

You can get kimimaro from Chase missions(only in weekend),Black Market,Elite instances,Plot 5(30 frags),survival trial,treasure
