I talked with techs and the thing is, this specific event is coded in a way, where if you bought any purification runes before packs appeared again, system will think that you already bought 5 packs. In another words, if you redeemed purification runes, you are not able to redeem "Special Ninja Pouch" anymore. Due to this reason, we will bring this pack again in the future (hopefully near future) with similar price. But I can't tell you right now when and in what event.

Please accept my sincere apology for this situation. I will talk with our manager and try to bring this pouch back as soon as possible.
