Hey everyone. So today I was looking at sasuke's breakthrough/branches and I saw that his kirin has a version with [+40% nin/atk to lightning style in lineup] & [+40% nin/atk to lightning style in formation]. Does anyone know what is the difference between Formation and Lineup ? If so, I would really appreciate it.Screenshot_1Screenshot_2

the EN version has genuinely terrible translations. there is absolutely zero consistency in differentiating 'single team' and 'whole field' in this version. words that have been used to refer to one are also used to refer to the other and it's really just one of the things i hate.

CN has a nicer and more consistent way of telling them apart. the words they use are literally "small team" and "big team" :'')

For your question, I have been informed that the Y and the +1 skill buffs the same single team. I didnt test them personally because my sasuke is already skilbroken to Y+2/+2 mystery. However, I did test Y+2, and you'd maybe like to know that this skill buffs the whole field, rather than a single team.

I think it's better that you don't hold "lineup" to a single meaning, because "lineup" has also been used to refer to field-wide buffs.it's just easier to memorize which barrier buffs which type of team.

Also quick question, if I wanted to start playing on CH version would it be too late ? I really like naruto online in general and I don't really care about the texts even tho I can't read chinese.

CN is very competitive, so keep that in mind if you're playing to win.

you can start in a new server. i don't think it's too late.

also, a mod will close the thread for you when they think it should be closed, no need to worry

Just a question, how did you manage to get the Y+2 skill? Did you keep rolling with potions until you were lucky? So far it has only given me Y+1. Or do you have to max skillbreak the normal mystery to be able to unlock the Y+2 one?

Hi! By using the Skill Trial feature it will give you a RANDOM skill, including Skill Book +2 ad Y + 2 if the skill allows. You do not need to max skillbreak to be able to do this, but you should do some research before attempting. You can find information regarding the Skill Trial Feature here by ICE*.
