• It is definitely best to spread runes across all summons. Just like magatama all level 2 on everyone is better th*l level 3/4 on one person.

• Nooooo! It actually gives you stats based on every summon! Having one equipped just lets you use it in the combo during a fight but just by having it equipped you still get stat increases. That's why if you take off a summon from the wheel of three you lose BP, even if it has no runes attached.
