1＃ Go To"This skill is not subject to opponent's defensive skills" What does this mean? When saying defensive SKILLS, does it mean ignore stuff like 3rd raikage's chakra defense scaling buff, skill breakthrough gaara's 20% defense buff, roshi's scaling, etc?
