Neji accupuncture Shizune immediately after mob dissapears, proc kakashi mystery to waste combo...
Shizune heals, clones hit Shizune, next round: Immediately proc midnight mystery after poison, should have enough combo for kill.

Immediately acupuncture Karin.Keep her selected as target and proc all mystery into her, should die after 2 combos.
Immediately acupuncture Hanzo when acupuncture is ready ( should be when Karin dies, so don't use Neji on Karin 2nd time.)
Go auto.
