i think it's an insult that people had to spend so much to get madara 5 kage and a couple weeks later cause of a random mistake, people get him for less than half the price... it's completely ridiculous. Wtf happened this week? Why were all events full of mistakes? You need to be more careful jesus christ. You are dealing with a LOT of people that put all their money on here almost... You can't play with people's money like this... And the ninja pouch event, you replace a pack with 80 frags of rare ninja with... purification runes?? It's unbelievable! People tolerated that hiruzen thing from the missions pack, people tolerated many mistakes you've made... But this time you messed up really REALLY badly, you are slowly losing the trust of the consumer...
Thing is, its half price with not a single extra... step back and think for a second about all you got on top of your 5k madara for 18k....Then ask yourself was madara the only thing you bought for 18k? Then slap yourself for crying about this because you just ruined a perfectly good event, likely for the foreseeable future. Sakura's gift is now worthless... Just as an example....advanced refine rune, average of 40 coups from Sakura's gift.....guaranteed 38 coups from the shop located at the bottom right 24/7, or Charm materials box....160-180 coups per box on average (barely over 8 foodpacks at 3 point average)....Oh look 125 coups guaranteed in that same 24/7 shop....Thanks *mic drop*
The only real way to fix this is to just put the packs back at the same price.
Some People are failing to see the full scope of what just happened, Its not about getting a 5 star Sakura or Sasuke. Its about the fragment refines. If any player was smart enough to claim as many packs as possible you basically just got a 5 star Iruka/ Upgraded Tailed beast Naruto and how ever many seals or summon scrolls you get from all the fragments you refine. The year I've played this game will never be on par with the amount of free things those players got that morning.
Nothing of Compensation will Equal to any of that and also, players who took advantage of that will also get compensation?
Any one like me who saw "This is not a bug its intended", thought "oh okay I can go about my day and come home and get all this awesome stuff" we all just got played and there's nothing we can do about it.
You're right with 5* Iruka - you could get 240 Iruka fragments if you redeemed all packs, but you won't get even 5 Nine Tails Chakra fragments for 6k coupons spent (7240 extra frags for refinement if you didn't have either ninja before). That part doesn't seem like a good deal...
Where is the *in Pack I am hoping to get at Night time (HK) (Sakura Cloak*80) & (Sasuke Suit*80), My friend text me that there packs like that in the event so I am so happy about it, I am at work at day time so I can't manage to get the Pack early, but * during at Night Log-in, I am almost searching everywhere but nowhere to find? Why why OASIS, if that's intended for the event, why *in removed it early? * it ^_^!!!

So just wait and buy all the packs you can with the new limit (that they where going to relese the pack with)
it is still a good deal even if we can only redeem 10 (that is a example)

We hear you and we are still collecting specific feedback and your suggestions for compensation. But there are few things I would like to clear up. What Tobei said is not from his head but he got this information from me. Team is/ We are currently off due to Holiday. I received message from him but there was a miscommunication between us and I gave him wrong information. I apologize for this situation but if anything, I am the one to blame. We took the pack down because it was not supposed to be out yet. We are not going to punish anyone, nor we are going to roll back accounts. It is currently not possible because it would require a big system change and that would result in servers being down for several hours.
As for Sakura's Food sack price change - Its price was supposed to be higher from the start of current event cycle but for unknown reason, system did not update its price and it resulted in this really messy and terrible situation. We understand all of your concerns and that there are few players who took advantage of this issue. But again, we are not going to punish them, nor we are going to roll back accounts. We feel like it wouldn't be fair towards them because this is our fault/system problem. We will keep our promise and we will compensate each region with something that you will decide on. Thread for collecting information and suggestions is still open and will be open till start of next week. We will take all of your suggestions into consideration and as mentioned - all regions might receive completely different compensation (this include amount as well).
System error when trying to accept mission - It was there last time, it's here again. We fixed this issue and tested it before releasing this event but it looks like the fix is not working. We will send compensation for this issue as well.
Why can't we just do something about all of the problems right now? It is complicated. While we can easily remove/disable specific items, we can't make any system changes or updates without proper process and testing - this includes maintenance as well. Due to Holidays, we were not able to use our normal routine.
When to expect compensation? I would say around 09th or 10th of October. At that date, everyone will be back in office and meeting will be held in order to discuss all compensations mentioned above.
